For Businesses:

I provide businesses with a variety of à la carte HR services. I specialize in providing customized applicant portfolios to employers, which produce higher quality candidates who better align to the company and position needs and quicker hiring timeframes.

I am also partnered with top performing global HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to either assist employers struggling with their current system or enhance their existing recruitment strategies.  

For Individuals:

My goal for individuals is to help people find jobs that fit both them and the company. People leave people, not usually companies. We normally spend more time with our co-workers than we do our family. Our jobs shouldn't take a toll on our health or impact our personal relationships. I work with people on resume assessments, interview skills, job search assistance, and more.
